LLC “Trade House of Quartz Crystal Technologies” (LLC TH QCT) was established on the basis of the experimental glass factory in Khimki in 1926. In the first few decades, the plant specialized in the manufacture of tubes from electric vacuum glass, and since 1963, the main focus of the enterprise was the production of quartz glass. To date, the LLC TH QCT quartz glass factory takes leading positions in the Russian market, actively developing the markets for quartz glass products in the CIS and the European Union. The manufacture of quartz glass is carried out on the basis of continuous technological improvement of manufacturing processes – in an effort to anticipate the needs of consumers, we actively use innovative developments, advanced technologies and modern equipment. Therefore, the products of the LLC TH QCT quartz glass factory have earned well-deserved trust among domestic and foreign customers, finding application in such high-tech industries as solar energy, nuclear, chemical and defense industries.
The pipes, melting pots, rods and other products made of quartz glass that our company manufactures are used to produce a wide range of innovative products – from components of semiconductor electronics and ultraviolet disinfection systems, to monocrystalline silicon and solar energy elements. High product quality is mostly determined by the unique engineering and technical composition accumulated over the years of the plant’s scientific and practical base and the use of high-quality materials.
